  10.     The annual High Technology Small Business Development
  11. Procurement Conference, aimed at small businesses, minority-owned 
  12. businesses and women-owned businesses, will be held March 4 and 5
  13. at the Los Angeles International Airport Hyatt Hotel, located at
  14. 6225 W. Century Blvd.
  15.     The two-day conference will be sponsored by the National
  16. Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Pasadena Resident
  17. Office with coordination from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of
  18. Pasadena.
  19.     Approximately 200 representatives of government prime
  20. contractors, federal agencies and other large procurement
  21. organizations attending the conference are committed to ensuring
  22. that small, minority-owned and women-owned businesses receive
  23. real world information and contracting opportunities in the form
  24. of requests for quote, requests for proposal and invitations to
  25. bid.
  26.     In addition to marketing and networking opportunities,
  27. attendees will benefit from six "How To" workshops on the
  28. following topics:
